1. Introduction and scope

Welcome to Nhmsv Digital Solutions (حلول إن إتش إم البرمجية). These terms govern your use of our website, platforms, apps and software services. By using any of them or completing a payment, you agree to these terms, our refund and cancellation policy and our privacy policy.

2. Products and services

Platform subscriptions: cloud services used in the browser on a monthly or yearly subscription, such as Temba for organizing football team matches.
App licenses: Android apps whose activation license is bought for a set period or for life. A license works on one device at a time; for example, Okey Score.
Custom software services: development of platforms, apps and APIs under a written quote that sets the scope, milestones, timeline and price.

All products are digital and delivered electronically, with nothing shipped. Platforms and apps offer a free trial before purchase.

3. Prices

All prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR). The price that applies is the one shown on the payment page at the time of purchase.
We may change prices at any time. Changes do not apply to past purchases or to a subscription period already paid for.
Offers or discount codes may be available, with conditions and time limits shown when they are used.

4. Payment and activation

Payments are processed online through a payment gateway licensed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Moyasar), supporting mada, Visa and Mastercard.
We do not store card details; they are entered directly on the secure payment gateway page.
The subscription or license is activated automatically as soon as the payment succeeds, and a receipt is sent if you give us your email address.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter when buying, such as the device number or email address for app licenses.

5. Purchase code and app license transfer

The buyer of an app license receives a purchase code, shown on the payment success page and in the app, and sent in the receipt to buyers who gave us their email.
The code works on one device at a time. Entering it on a new device moves the license there, and the previous device stops at its next internet connection.
A license can be transferred once every 7 days; the first activation does not count as a transfer. An exceptional transfer can be requested through support.
When buying on the website without a device, an email address is required to send the code, and the license is activated when the code is first entered in the app. The code may be given as a gift before it is used.
Keeping the code safe is the customer's responsibility. We can help recover it when the buyer's contact details are on record; otherwise we cannot.
A full refund cancels the code and the license linked to it.

6. Subscription period and renewal

A subscription starts on the activation date and ends when the paid period ends.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically and nothing is charged without the customer's request. You renew with a new payment whenever you choose.
Refunds and cancellations follow our refund and cancellation policy.

7. Customer obligations and acceptable use

Do not use the platforms or apps for any activity that breaks the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Keep your sign-in details confidential, and do not share your account or license with others. App licenses are transferred with the purchase code under clause 5.
Do not try to bypass activation or protection mechanisms, or to access our systems without authorization.

We may suspend an account or license that breaks these obligations, after notifying the customer where possible.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the platforms, apps, code, designs and published marks belong to Nhmsv Digital Solutions. A subscription or license grants a right of use only; they may not be copied, reverse-engineered or sold. Ownership of the deliverables of custom projects is set in the agreed quote.

9. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep the services running and the data safe. We are not liable for outages beyond our control or for misuse of the service by the customer. In all cases our liability does not exceed the amount the customer paid for the service in question.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the services after an update means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
