Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number if provided, and the content of your message.
• When you subscribe to a platform: account details such as name, phone number and email address, and the data you enter while using the platform to manage your activity.
• When you buy an app license: the device number shown in the app to link the license to it, and the purchase code and its status. Your name, phone number and email address are optional; we use them to send the receipt and purchase code and to help you recover the code if you lose it. An email address is required only when buying on the website without a device, so we can send you the code.
• Payment data: we keep only the transaction reference, amount, status and date. We never receive or store the full card number or the security code (CVV); card details are entered directly on the page of a licensed payment gateway (Moyasar) that complies with PCI-DSS.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and system logs, for security and to prevent misuse.

Data in our Android apps, such as game scores and history, stays on the user's device and is not sent to us, except what is needed to activate and transfer the license.

Optional cloud backup: some apps let you save one encrypted copy of your app data on our servers, linked to your purchase code, so you can restore it on a new phone after transferring your purchase. It is off unless you choose it, does not include photos, and keeps only the latest copy. We do not access it except at your request for support. You can delete it at any time from the app; after deletion it may remain, encrypted, in our server backups for up to 14 days, and is then erased automatically.

2. Why we use data

• To provide the service: activating subscriptions and licenses, running accounts and issuing receipts.
• To process and verify payments and refund requests.
• To answer questions, support requests and project inquiries.
• To send service notifications, such as an upcoming subscription expiry or important updates.
• To protect our systems, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal requirements.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

3. Sharing data

We share data only as far as needed to provide the service, with:

• The payment gateway (Moyasar): to process payments and refunds.
• Hosting and email providers: to run our services and send messages and receipts. Their servers may be inside or outside the Kingdom, and they are bound by appropriate protection standards.
• Official authorities: when there is a binding legal request.

4. Data security

We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access to systems restricted to authorized people only, two-step verification for admin panels, regular backups, and encryption of stored secrets and keys.

5. Retention

We keep account data for as long as you use the service, and financial transaction records for the period required by law. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it or make it anonymous, except what we are legally required to keep.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: to run sign-in and protect forms, to remember display preferences such as dark mode and language, and to remember your last purchase on the purchase page for 30 days so you can view the purchase code again (we store the order reference, not the code itself). We do not use advertising trackers.

7. Your rights

• To know what data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
• To correct or update inaccurate data.
• To ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed to provide the service.
• To withdraw your consent to communication that is not necessary for the service.

We respond to rights requests within 30 days at most.
